肚子不妙

這個禮拜, 兩天捕魚五天曬網 (兩天work out….)
所以剛剛一邊看球賽, 決定起來跳一跳…
結果跳了大約十分鐘吧 (有流汗喔)
就決定去拿冰箱裡的 cream puff 來吃
看來好像比運動前更糟….
