losing everything
look at her
she is getting down
hold her
before she falls
free fall
and break apart
they watch indifferently
and so are you
silence
all around
suffocates her
like a transparent wall
crashing down
they watch indifferently
and so are you
she hears sounds
but no one’s coming
no one’s talking
all alone all along
she looks away
towards the emptiness
future that is gray
unclear
they say, i told you so
and you shake your head
and he shakes his head
they’re all shaking heads and they look funny
but she grabs nothing so she keeps falling
a distant voice tells her
let it go
and you’ll have it all
but she can’t let go she won’t
so she keeps falling
