Gin

May 8th, 2014 by Ashley

Bloom
[Tastings.com] Clear. Mild aromas of raisin pepper bread, juniper blossom, anise, and cucumber with a glycerous, dryish medium-to-full body and delicate honey cream, peppercorn, mineral, and lemongrass accented finish. A nicely refined and understated gin for martinis.
[The Gin is In]
garnish: strawberry
Cocktail recipe

St. George Terroir Gin
The Gin is In
try Terroir with fresh huckleberries, blueberries, or raspberries for an earthy, brambly delight.

St. George Botanivore Gin

St. Geroge Dry Rye Gin
Warm and spicy, it has a natural affinity with bitters, citrus, stone fruit, and ginger.
