1oz Hendrinks (or 24)
1oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
0.5oz St. Germain
Shake well with ice
top off with club soda
*I used Tonic; however, it’s not necessary since I’ve already had St. Germain as the sweetener. Tonic also introduces a hint of bitterness which might not be idea for this drink.
