Ashley’s scone recipe

ingredients:
(dry)
all purpose flour – 1cup,
sugar – 3 tablespoon,
baking powder – 1 teaspoon,
salt – 1/4 teaspoon (鹽可以多加一咪咪)
dried fruits
butter – 4 tablespoons
(liquid)
egg – 1
milk – 1/4~1/3 cup
preheat stove: 400F
mix in dry ingredients,
butter 切塊/片捏入, 直到粉變 crumbly
egg + milk 打混
一邊倒入粉中一邊攪拌, 先倒入一半, 再酌量增加
(全倒會太濕)
將麵糰放在鋪了錫箔紙的烤盤上, 壓成 2~3cm 高的餅狀
切塊稍微分開
(可以用剩下的蛋汁塗在上層)
烤 15~17 分鐘
ps. 乾果也可以用新鮮blueberry取代, 但是就不要先混入, 等奶油捏完再拌進去
