In Justice / Boston Legal / Medium
Mar 9th, 2006 by Ashley
After sending SS back to Boston, I brought home a In ‘n’ Out cheeseburger w/ grilled onions, sat down, and started to watch a whole bunch of TV programs I missed for the passed week. Starting with In Justice s1e9 Victims, an episode about an innocent man been wrongfully convicted for consecutive rape cases. The episode is about how a person dedicated his time, or to be more percise, his life, to freeing a friend, about having doubts, about being pratical. Another very touching episode. Almost a tearjerker. In Justice is always like that… expecting it to be plain and turns out to be omething refreshing and inspiring and interesting.
There’s a new series Conviction on NBC 10/9c Friday, definitely trying to beat In Justice, but I can see how they can do that. In Justice is just so wonderful.
(Ahh, just realized that In Justice is on 9/8c. Conviction is conflicted with Battlestar Galatica instead of In Justice XD and it’s Battlestar Galatica season finale today, so I guess I’ll be able to watch Conviction from next week … if it’s any good.)
After watching In Justice, I was gonna watch Battlestar Galatica, but after a couple of minutes, I suddenly remembered that people were saying if you’re not watching s2e19 yet, you’d better wait and watch it with s2e20 so I stopped the VCR, and put in another tape on which has Boston Legal and Medium on. (I’ve watched Related w/ SS on Monday evening after dinner @ Banana Leaf and games @ D&B)
Chun has told me that Boston Legal wasn’t that good (not as bad as the previous one either.) so I didn’t hold my expectation to high. But it turned out to be not so bad. Crane, Poole and Schmidt are like teamed up, Denny with Denise, Shirley with Alan and Paul with Brad (though Brad was like very stupid… seemed so easy to manipulate.) Denny’s case is annoying, I wish he didn’t take the case. But his reaction when Alan showed him the new was so darn cute: pointing insistingly at the TV screen saying “I want that case.” and going to the court robbing that case from some “innocent” weak lawyer. And I wonder what will happened to Paul and Rachel… things seem to be getting ugly.
And then it’s Medium time. Cuz was recording Related before Medium, I missed Allison’s first dream but thankfully Frances watched that episode this week so she was able to tell me what happened. She said this episode was not so exciting, which made me almost giving up watching it cuz I still got lots of DVDs catching up. But I’m glad I finished it. Cuz even though it may not be very exciting, it sure was intriguing. No further thoughts though. No a very controversial one.
After video tapes, I watched two episodes of Felicity s2e1 and e2. If it weren’t already passed 12, I would keep watching. It was so intense and fun! :D
btw, my favorite D&B game:
Mazan: Flash of the Blade
