Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest

Aug 7th, 2006 by Ashley

I’m so so glad I finally went, despite all those people saying “Ahh… I don’t understand what they’re doing” and “no closure!!??” I should be ashamed that I was hesitated about watching it (apart from one of the reasons that my movie pal’s alerady seen it.) How could I have doubts about oh captain my captain?

It was a complete blast. Captain Jack was mesmerizing as always and there were so many parts that were refreshing and creative and fun. The Flying Dutchman was spetacular. The name alone is quite romantic. It’s fun how they, from captain to the crew, all look like seafood. (Yummy~)

Well, okay, not exactly images that will perk up your appetite. My apology.

Anyway, I really like the movie. Not a moment I felt dull. (Well, perhaps when Orlando Bloom talks to that irritating Keira Knightley.)

ps. And I thought that Norrington looks familiar. and he turned out to be Jack Davenport, the Steve from Coupling!! I knew I know him!

Can you tell? Susan’s beloved Steve :)
