what’s worng with me?

I was so proud of myself that I rarely do things I'd regret. Pity, maybe, but not regret.
But lately, I sense that I'm actually feeling regret for some things I did or didn't do.
and my temper is getting worse. I become more and more impatient to people around me.
I'm like living backwards.
since last year, I keep regreting for things. people came to visit me and I didn't treat them well as
they deserved, and then felt very very bad and only can hope that they did have a good time. :(
I dont wanna live like this!!!
