Cream of Celery soup

55g butter
340g celery, chopped
70g onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
35g all purpose flour
5g salt
a pinch of white pepper
710ml chicken stock
710ml milk
saute veggies in butter, add flour, salt pepper mixture to roux.
add chicken stock and milk
cook for 15+ minutes, stir constantly.
