my blog was filled with football posts, so I decided to post something I wanted to write about for quite a while.

My review on Blue October’s latest album [Foiled] was still in labor. It’s been over 6 months since I started that article. I can’t seem to finish it and now that I have another album awaits. (Blue October’s [History for Sale].) So let me write about this amazing song first.

This is a catchy song with simple lyrics expressing the love (or infatuation?) toward another person. It might be plain and insignificant to some, but I found it quite endearing. The affection was genuine and straightforward. No holding back, not afraid of getting hurt or being rejected. You can hear the innocence and the enthusiasm, and every word is heartfelt. How can you not be touched?

solo acoustic version of the song which is in the hidden track in History for Sale. I love this version so very much! I’m glad someone made a video out of it. (so that I can post it without going through the hassle of editing tracks and whatnot.)
