第二季最動人心弦的一集.

第一季埋下的一堆伏筆到了第二季沒有振作起來
反而讓人看得比看第一季還不起勁 (還是說, 第一季讓人看得太起勁了)
第二季給人的感覺就像是飽飽滿滿的一包洋芋片
打開之後卻發現裡面只有三分之一是洋芋片 其他都是空氣

然而這集就不像前面那幾集那麼讓人昏昏欲睡
也不像之前Makab人死光那集那麼的做作 – 擺明就是要講大道理給你聽
處處影射著現實. 無奈, 是我對 B5 還有 Block 小說一貫的感想
無奈, 讓人看完之後不禁思考起來….

As anticipated, a few days after the Earth-Centauri treaty was announced,
the Centauri widened their war to include many of the Non-Aligned Worlds.
And there was another war brewing closer to home.

As the end of second season, sadly the war has begun. Earth-Centauri treaty
makes sure the peace between these two parties; however, this doesn’t keep
other small worlds from being invaded. It’s just like….what humans would
do to each other.
Anyways, the last three episodes are very powerful yet deeply sad.

然而你知道的, 每次有特別輕鬆有趣的情節, 表示這集將會有沉重的內容.

Surprisingly found out NetFlix has Silk Stalkings(Season 1), one of my favorite
(and one of my very first) show in high school, so I rent it. I know it must be a
bit disappointing, afterall it’s a 12 year old production. Plots, effect that were
considered cool back then must seem very funny now. Phi refuses to watch
McGayvor again becuz of this. But I still wanna refresh my memories. I really
loved the Sams. :)

I think I said it once, but I must say it again.

The new fragrances this year are FANTASTIC!
Crabtree & Evelyn&#039s Sarawak, L&#039Occitane&#039s Verbena, and Origin&#039s Ginger.
All so sweet yet refreshing!
But they&#039re so expensive at the same time :(

So for now, the only thing I got was Body Shop&#039s Grapeseed body scrub

(huh!? )
It&#039s the only thing I can afford (and it&#039s $17/200ml already),
and dont get me wrong, I do like it (I like green grape.)
However, I really wanna own Sarawak Eau De Toilette,
Verbena Ice Hand Gel (or Cool Stick),
and Ginger Souffle (or Incredible Spreadable Scrub, but I have scrub ._. )

Anyways, I&#039ve decided that I won&#039t buy any brand name shower gel anymore.
As Mel said, the fragrnce wouldn&#039t last so why bother to spend that money.
Very true, and sometimes Dove&#039s is quite good enough or even better.
(so I guess I won&#039t buy any B&BW stuffs again. Afterall, I bought them
for the fragrance….oh well, maybe hand soap.)

don&#039t know how it taste like. gotta find out!

從前有一位非常美麗的小公主，在城堡裡無憂無慮地長大。在她十五歲的時候，有一天夜裡，她在房間裡睡覺。黑暗中， 有一隻像大老鼠般、面貌醜惡、渾身臭味的地精悄悄爬到她的床上打算要捉弄她。 接著一隻、兩隻、三隻……好多好多的地精圍繞在她的身邊竊笑著。

公主從睡夢中驚醒，睜眼一看到地精就被嚇得怔怔地無法發出任何聲音來。 地精們一邊拉扯著她一邊你一句我一句地說：「妳這個忘恩負義的傢伙！ 妳難道忘了妳原也是個地精，是我們之中的一分子？當真正的公主還很小的時候， 我們把她殺了煮來吃，是妳吃了她的骨髓才有辦法長得像人類一樣高大。 雖然妳長得像人類，但是妳體內流的是地精的血液，妳骨子裡還是個地精啊！」 幾隻地精將穿衣鏡推到她的面前對她說：「不信的話妳自己照鏡子看看！」 公主從鏡中看到自己的鼻子有點圓，看起來有點像地精；眼睛也有點小， 也有點像地精，越看就越覺得自己的臉長得像地精。公主開始懷疑起來， 是不是如牠們說的自己真的是個地精。 那些地精一邊繼續嘻鬧著叫喊「公主是個地精」，一邊暗自竊笑他們的惡作劇成功了，
公主不知道她在被地精吵醒之前，那面鏡子就已經被地精下了魔咒， 使公主在照鏡子時看到的自己變得越來越像地精，而不是鏡外依舊美麗的自己。 從那一夜，公主變得憂傷痛苦，整天不出房門一步，只是一直暗自垂淚， 擔心每個人看到她時一定都會嘲笑她醜陋的外表。地精們也每晚都到她的房裡胡鬧， 不斷騷擾、折磨著公主，還把她的房間弄得又髒又臭又亂。 公主忍不住去問她母親說：「母后，我是不是長得很醜？」 母后回答她：「怎麼會？妳是世界上最美麗、最可愛的公主了！」 公主心想：一定是因為母后愛我，所以才會對我說安慰的話。

再過幾天就是公主十六歲的生日，母后擔心公主每天都不快樂的樣子， 決心為她辦一場生日舞會，想藉由熱鬧的氣氛使公主開心起來。 公主擔心別人嘲笑她醜陋的面貌，當然是堅決反對，但舞會仍在母后的堅持下舉行了。 公主披散著長髮遮掩她的容貌，只透過劉海窺視舞會中的人群。 許多俊美且年輕有為的青年們來向公主邀舞，可是全被公主一口回絕。公主覺得他們只是來諷刺她的醜陋，越多人來向她邀舞她越覺得被羞辱、覺得憤怒。 後來有一位形貌猥瑣，言談舉止下流的浪蕩子上前和她攀談，公主雖然對他覺得厭惡， ? ]慶幸有他在之後別人便不會再靠近過來。後來甚至那個爛男人輕薄地牽起她的手時， 她也假意地挽著他的手臂。最後公主甚至答應那個男人的請求和他交往。 每個人都告訴公主她所選的是個爛男人，千萬不要和他在一起，他根本配不上公主。 公主雖然心理很清楚那個男人有多差勁，但仍然為他辯護，堅持要和他在一起。 公主已經自暴自棄了。

日子一天一天過去，鏡中的公主一天比一天更像地精， 公主越加緊閉門窗，深怕被人見到自己的醜陋。鏡子上的魔咒始終沒被解除， 只有早晨燦爛的陽光才能解除這道魔咒。 一天，偶然之中一道陽光射進了公主的房間，照到被下了魔咒的鏡子，破解了魔咒。 公主經過鏡子前，發現到自己的本來面貌竟仍如此美麗，這才恍然大悟， 原來這一切都是地精們搞的鬼。

當晚地精仍像平常一樣到公主房裡胡鬧，公主不動聲色假裝仍未識破地精的詭計， 任地精胡鬧下去。直到天快亮時，公主說她實在受不了了，哀求地精趕快離去。 她知道越是向牠們哀求，牠們就越是猖狂不肯離去。她假裝退縮到窗前， 地精們也都聚集在她的跟前捉弄她。等確認陽光已經出來之後，公主猛然將窗戶大開。
強烈的陽光照射在那些地精身上，使? o牠們在地上痛苦地扭曲翻滾，逐漸乾縮成一團一團。 雖然憎恨地精對她惡毒的捉弄，但眼看著地精們在自己眼前受到如此巨大的痛苦竟也有些不忍。 陽光繼續照在那些乾球上，那些球漸漸由黑褐色轉成透明，再變成一隻隻美麗的精靈仙子，鼓動著透明的羽翼向窗外飛去。

有一隻精靈仙子停在窗台上對她說：「謝謝妳救了我們！我們原是北方的仙子，受到巫師的詛咒變成地精的樣子。我們因為變成一付醜陋的樣子，而且只能住在陰暗潮濕的地方而煩惱，所以才會到處捉弄人來取樂。對於造成妳的痛苦我們感到非常抱歉！」說完後隨著其他的仙子向陽光中飛去。看著精靈仙子離去的光點，公主心中充滿平靜。隨後公主向那個爛男人取消了婚約。
