Bought a dessert wine and a riesling yesterday when we went to Cosco.
I&#039ve opened the Tokay last night, but haven&#039t tried it chilled. Hope it&#039s as good as normal temp

I&#039ve always loved the cartoon. Unfortunately, it seems impossible for me to watch it routinely.

Last weekend when I went to Valley Fair to buy stuffs for mom and chu, there are manu stores on sale, including Disney.
So I went in (it&#039s one of my must-go stores.), and sadly found the cups are not on sale (I&#039ve
always wanted to buy an Eeyore mug…or a Edna Mode tilt pink mug which is so cool!). As I was
wandering in the store, I found a section of dolls marked $1.99. There are Rufus, Kim, Lizzy and
other characters. Wow, I&#039d be a fool if I don&#039t get one :p I instantly wanted Rufus…though I didn&#039t
Love it as much as I love Kim, and though the Kim doll is quite “real”… I still decided to buy Rufus
cuz it&#039s so cute, and it always makes me wanna smile asbig as his smile is when I see him. :D

I was so very depressed today. Didn&#039t get my job done – the one I&#039ve been working on for days.
It&#039s supposed to be easy. I guess I just never really understand the language. :(
and Rita has some problems with her new PC, I think I act stupidly and shame on me being an IT personnel.
The only thing worth cheering is that I&#039ve successfully called SRC and they&#039re going to
send my diploma tomorrow. And hopefully I&#039ll get it next week (and my transcipt too.)
I guess I&#039m really like what people say about our generation: easily giving up, cant take
responsibilities…
Now all I can expect is going back to Taiwan. (How I wish I don&#039t have to come back….)

It seems that the popularity of the name Ashley bothers many of us and some of us came
up with the same solution – calling ourselves reversely, that is, Yelhsa. It&#039s so funny in a pathetic
way ~_~

I really wanna change my name….
But J is right. Eliza is not any better. It&#039s probably even “marketer”.
and Lizzy sounds silly. (No offense, my dear Lizzy Bennet.)
However, I found something interesting when struggling.
As I was playing with the idea of Yelhsa, the other name Ilsa came in to mind. They sound similar.
So I looked up the meaning and found that Ilsa is also an abbreviation of Elizabeth. Origin: German.
Whoa, that&#039s pretty cool. But I don&#039t think I&#039d really use that name, because…. well, do a search on Ilsa
and see what you get.

I hardly finished things I planed to do yesterday.
But mostly it&#039s becuz my network got disconnected and I&#039ve been watching Jekyll & Hyde, which
I had to watch anyways or I&#039d return it without watching which would be a pity cuz it is actually
very good.

it sucks that ACL reduced the request number to ten, so now i&#039ve to get my things out first and then request the new ones, and their circullation speed is not fast enough.

I was reading “Find It Online” recently, which I was supposed to read a/half year ago (it was the textbook for my Digital Information Retrieval class.) Anyway, the first few chapter are rather easy; I've already known most of the knowledge it presents, but it's still fun to skim it real quick, cuz I did find something interesting unexpectedly.

It talked about the country domain, such as uk for the United Kingdom, tw for Taiwan, but do you ever wonder about why there are some URL of blah blah .tv? If the book didn't mention, I guess I'd never consider it a problem, cuz it just seems so natural that tv standing for television. However, the fact is that .tv is the domain name of a small country called t-something, and they sell their domain names to those TV industry… kinda cool :p
